1969 COPO Camaro

The 1969 COPO Camaro was an understated hi-performance car. It's plain appearance was very deceptive to the performance that it delivered.

Here are some of the features:

Standard grilles and trim.

Air Breathing hood with built in sealed plenum chamber and throttle operated solenoid valve

Close ratio 4-speed transmission or available TurboHydraMatic 3-speed automatic transmission with column shifter or with the extra cost center console and floor mounted shifter (some models)

Positraction rear end with 4.10:1 rear axle ratio, or optional 4.56:1 rear gears.

Power front disc brakes with 14 X 7 steel wheels or optional rally wheels.

Plus more.......

These COPO Camaros were available in a wide variety of colors and extra cost options.
